Beef up your Dodge Truck’s V8 ignition system with Performance Distributors Firepower Ignition Kit. The Firepower ignition kit fits the 1992-2003 Ram, Dakota and Durango with the 5.2 or 5.9 Liter V8. Included with the kit is the high voltage Screamin’ Demon Coil, LiveWires spark plug wire set and a brass terminal cap and rotor. The kit is a real power enhancer – not just a standard tune up kit!

The Screamin’ Demon Coil allows you to open up the spark plug gaps to .065″. The larger plug gap improves the combustion process, which in turn provides more horsepower, quicker throttle response, better fuel mileage and cleaner spark plugs. The coil features a brass terminal, which is more conductive and corrosion resistant than the aluminum terminal found on stock and other aftermarket coils.

Our LiveWires spark plug wires are built to match the Screamin’ Demon Coil as they are designed to transfer the higher voltage output from the coil directly to the plugs. The spiral wound core offers low resistance plus prevents radio interference. LiveWires are constructed with a heat resistant fiberglass braid sleeve that is able to withstand up to 1400 degrees. Approximately 10mm in diameter, the LiveWires look as good as they perform. Each wire is numbered for the correct cylinder.
